June 6th SMOS dinner

Well I am sorry to have missed the dinner. Having some car trouble and it took me until 9:30 just to get home. And now I am up with my normal sleeping issues pondering what wonderful things I missed. And I have a god daughters graduation party to attend on Sunday so I am going to miss the most awesome of picnics and gatherings!! Well if anyone feels a little odd that day maybe it is just me practicing astral projection and saying 'Hey!'. heheheheh. Have a great and safe weekend my friends!!

Hey Guys,

Had another great day with everyone at Allison's. Thanks to all for making me feel so welcomed. And for those of you who stayed later just wanted to clarify that my creepy crawly collection was half a lifetime ago. I haven't had an assemblage of spiders, scorpions, snakes, or other assorted fauna in decades. I was giving serious consideration to entomology as a career in my teens so I do have quite a bit of trivial knowledge about crawlies that I sometimes over share. My motto currently is " Stoopid Bug!! You go squish now!!!"

Peguicon Wrap up / Launch event last evening

Had lots of laughs and a great time last evening. Not certain just what areas I will be participating in yet but I am very interested in the Marionettes project. I will be compiling reference media to that effect. Just like the con so many things that one could pursue. Great stuff. I am looking forward to the SMOS and other gatherings to get more bearings. Keep it rolling friends and know that I have a lot of respect for what you do!!

The journey continues

    Hey out there. Hope the world is treating you all well. From my side of the world the search for gainful employment continues. I had what I thought was a really good opportunity to work for a car dealership in process the last few weeks. As it drags on though I now have serious doubt. Back to beating the bushes and looking for a good place to reinstate my career options.

   From the interior design front I have a hoosier cabinet very close to completion. It is my goal to have it in the house by the first week in October. A few more coats of primer and the top section will be ready for paint.

    On the art front I am contemplating a large dragon design. Still have to work out the specifics but I would like the wingspan to be on the order of 2 feet. My first attempts will be to get to an 80% blank state. From there I will decide what particulars and alternates to build. Eventually I want some blanks for different types that can be customized to order at later dates.

The following link is one of the most sensational and mind boggling things I have seen this year. I have to agree with the comments of the author, I too envy Hirst's ability to fashion anything that would net him $80,000,00 profit. My eccentric and pragmatic sides are battling it out over this object and the implications for our 'society'.

A new endeavor

Hello guys,

August 24th I made the decision to join Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing as an independent rep. Many of you may not have heard of them yet. I know I hadn't until about a month ago. It's a really great concept company, unlike anything I have discovered before. My personal website will be up soon but in the meantime you can check out www.massive1099.com. There are some extensive streaming videos that give a great introduction. I truly believe that this will be acknowledged as one of the greatest companies ever in another 5 years. Hello to all that may have found their way here. Found this place by checking out Jer's entries. It's only considerate that I should post something here since I have been posting comments out there. Just a brief how do ya do to introduce myself. I've attended 2 events one at Matt Arnold's and the other at Jer Lance's. A great group of people for sure.
